Head = Common Sense Is the patient unconscious? Is there any bleeding? Is there any fracture?
Mindset = Willpower Call for the injured/sick. Call for an ambulance. Take initial first aid measures.
Emotions = Composure Calmly assess the situation, consider what to do, and act decisively.
Methods = Technique Receive first aid training, practice by reading books, and prepare the necessary tools.
